The Amparo System is a technology developed by Remotatec to solve and speed up the emergency service in public or collective use spaces, such as squares, sidewalks, party or exhibition parks, soccer stadiums, university campuses, bus terminals, etc.

With the Amparo System it is possible to integrate the monitoring system with the central, speeding up the response time, because the interaction is online, with image and voice, between the user and the operations center.

HOW IT WORKS

Trigger

A call is made using the trigger button to the operation center.

Camera

The communication with the radio dispatch center is done through a video conference interface. Possibility to integrate camera module on top, with fixed and Speed Dome cameras.

Lights

At the time of the call, the blue light panel at the top indicates that an emergency situation is in progress.

HOW IT WORKS

Operations Center

A supervisor in the operations center receives the call, via the management and dispatch console.

Interaction

At any time, the central office operator can interact with the external environment, transmitting and receiving audio and video, and being able to execute external commands and/or actions.
